Dealers
Can my business buy at dealer pricing?
Yes. Tire shops, garages, dealerships and fleets can apply through the dealer registration form. We review each application and reply by email.
Fitment
How do I know a rim fits my vehicle?
A rim must match your bolt pattern, center bore and an offset range that suits your vehicle. Search by vehicle and we only show rims listed for it; our team double-checks fitment before installation.
Pricing
Does the price include installation?
Tire prices are per tire. Installation is quoted separately per tire and is shown in your quote before you confirm anything.
Seasonal
When should I switch to winter tires?
Once daytime temperatures stay below 7°C, all-season rubber hardens and loses grip. Most Ontario drivers book their changeover in October or early November.
Tire basics
How do I read my tire size?
Look at the sidewall for a code such as 225/65R17. 225 is the tire width in millimetres, 65 is the aspect ratio (sidewall height as a percentage of the width), R means radial construction and 17 is the rim diameter in inches.
What is the difference between a tire, a rim and a package?
A tire is the rubber that touches the road. A rim (wheel) is the metal the tire is mounted on. A package is a matched set of tires already mounted and balanced on rims, ready to install.
